RatioJuris may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features of TubeShield at any time.
7. Local statistics
TubeShield may maintain locally generated statistics concerning blocking activity. Such statistics are provided for informational purposes and may not represent every request, resource or advertising event blocked by the browser.
8. Privacy
TubeShield's handling of extension preferences and locally generated statistics is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property and open-source components
TubeShield and its associated branding, documentation and original materials are associated with RatioJuris, subject to applicable rights and licences.
The project may include or depend upon open-source software and browser APIs distributed under their respective licences.
10. No warranty
TubeShield is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
No guarantee is made that the extension will operate without interruption, errors or compatibility issues, or that every advertising resource or website request will be blocked.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatioJuris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, profits, goodwill or other losses arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, TubeShield.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
